When click Record Voiceover on FCP, it records it but the voice comes blank in the timeline. I have already checked the Sound Input in System Preferences and have rebooted my laptop few times with no success.

The weird thing that this happened previously but after rebooting the laptop it worked. However, as many times I tried to reboot my laptop this time, it's still didn't work.
Now I stuck in the middle of work which I can't complete. I was wondering, whether anyone would have a resolution for this?
